Very heavy issue for basically every non-english customer.

We are facing exactly the same issue (with german umlauts). We are running JSD 4.0.2 on Ubuntu 16 and MSSQL 2016.

Before upgrade to JSD 4.0.2 we were running 3.16.1 without that issue.

Please disregard. I was able to solve the problem by changing the parameters in the windows service
