Customising the request view in customer portal e.g. request details to the side

      Many customers ask if we can change the view of the tickets / requests in the customer portal of JSD.

      Most popular request is to put ticket details and custom field details right on top or beneath the "ticket shares", "approvals" and "get notification" fields in the sidebar on the right instead of the very bottom of the activity stream.

      To review ticket details customers have to scroll down to the very bottom which is not very user friendly especially when you have to scroll all the way up again to continue writing your comment.
