Pause on condition preventing stop condition from triggering, resulting in SLA that neither pauses nor stops.
Steps to reproduce
- Create SLA
- Start: Issue Created
- Pause on: Assignee:Set
- Stop: Assignee:From Unassigned
- Goal: All remaining: 1h
- Create new ticket that this SLA applies to. Create as unassigned.
- View issue, click Assign to me
Expected behavior
SLA stops per stop condition assignee changed from unassigned
Experienced behavior
SLA does not stop nor does it pause. Continues to count down even though ticket is assigned (meets pause condition)
