      Problem Definition

      It is not possible to see the information about adding or removing any customer from organization in the project of JIRA Service Desk

      This information is not available in the Audit Log as well.

      Suggested Solution

      Audit logs for Service Desk related features, such as:

      • Adding or removing any customer from organization
      • Request Type configuration change
      • SLA configuration change
      • Customer Permission configuration change
      • Customer Notification configuration change
      • Knowledge base configuration change
      • Satisfaction configuration change
      • etc...
