Hello,
Since few months we use Jira Service Desk with standard notifcations when the ticket is solved.
The problem is the firstname & lastname of SD agent on resolution mail (see the attached file) and then users contact our service Desk and ask to speak directly to the SD agent.
Do we have a solution to hide or replace the sender?
