Hi,
We are using Service Desk as an internal support tool. In this regard, I've created an organization with all our employees in it. However the issue is, by default every ticket is shared with the entire organization.
This is a big issue since we have a Human ressource projet with sensible informations regarding our employees.
Is there anyway to change the default value of this field ?
