      Hi,

      Can you tell me how to configure our customer portals to provide more features for them?  We have only recently subscribed to Jira and a handful of our clients have been moved over to use Service Desk.  However we are receiving numerous complaints and feature requests to provide more information in the portal view as well additional features.  We currently have all available options showing but i can't see how to add additional columns etc.  

       

      Can you please advise as soon as possible ?

            Which features exactly do you need? In case of columns on the My requests page, service desk doesn't offer any possibilities for customisation. We've already released new app My Requests Extension for Jira Service Desk. Thank to it, you can define which columns can be presented on the list, filter by service desks, organisations, request types and statuses, sort columns. We're developing new features in this app and new version (1.3) is coming!

            A lot of options is provided by our another app - Extension for Jira Service Desk. Please follow our documentation and get 30-day free trial.

            We're publishing articles about Jira Service Desk customisation (native and with apps), so I recommend you to read them: part 1, part 2, part 3. A part 4 will be publish next week! Moreover, this week we organised webinar about service desk - you can watch it on our YouTube channel.
