As an admin, I would like to add a banner to the Service Desk portal

      Problem Definition

      Currently there is no ability to add an image in a banner to the Service Desk portal in server, although the ability exists in Jira Cloud.

      Suggested Solution

      Please implement this feature in Jira Server
