Description

For some projects we only use the SLA metrics and don't use the JSD portal for creating tickets, and so have no Request types cofigured. But there is still a link to the empty portal.
Now we solved this by naming the unused with a "."
The list where we only use SLA is slowly getting longer and a solution for this would be nice (option: show link on portal yes/no)
