Problem Definition
Currently, after creating an issue via the Portal, Service Desk will show the issue page on Portal to the customer.
Suggested Solution
Allow Administrator to define which page should be shown after creating an issue. Showing My Request page would be a good solution here (as per JSDSERVER-1628) since it would tell them that the issue has been created or have a new page to say that the issue has been created and this is the link to view the issue.
