Today all users with the "Service Desk Agent" permission is displayed in the workload report.
I would like to suggest changing the report to only include users with the "Assignable User" permission instead.
The reasons behind this are 2:
- If I can't be assigned issues, I don't have a workload.
- As a Jira Admin supporting the JSD team, I want to be able to see everything the team sees to be able to help them configure their Service Desk. To do this I have to have the Service Desk Agent permission which then means I'll be in the workload report, even though I'm not actually doing any work within the service desk.
