    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

Today all users with the "Service Desk Agent" permission is displayed in the workload report.

I would like to suggest changing the report to only include users with the "Assignable User" permission instead.

The reasons behind this are 2:

      • If I can't be assigned issues, I don't have a workload.
      • As a Jira Admin supporting the JSD team, I want to be able to see everything the team sees to be able to  help them configure their Service Desk. To do this I have to have the Service Desk Agent permission which then means I'll be in the workload report, even though I'm not actually doing any work within the service desk.
