I really like the new feature that allows to add approval buttons to an A_pproval required_ notification mail. However, I currently miss an option that allows our agents to add a comment for the approver with some information about the request.

The currently available variables I_ssue description_ or R_equest details_ don't always work for me. For some of our requests the issue description is not mandatory and, therefore, could be empty. In these requests the required information comes form some custom fields. However, if I add all of them to the mail using the request details variable the mail becomes long and confusing.

It would be really helpful if agents could post a comment during the transition with which they request the approval that can be added as variable to the notification email Approval required.
