Is the service desk using the notification email address setup for the project? I have a project email address set and the notifications to Jira users get sent out to this address, but notifications to service desk users using the service desk template go out from the default address in the smtp setup.

            Is there any chance of getting this fixed - this is still a bug in the current version and doesn't allow Service Desk to be used with 2 projects and 2 email addresses, we still haven't been able to convert to using Service Desk from Kayako because of this?????
