I have a single service desk project with up to 30 organisation names. When a customer goes to the portal and try to report a bug, I would like to insert a drop down list where it will show all the jira software projects filter by the organisation name.

 

Example.

On jira software I have the folowing projects:

One-A

One-B

Two-A

Three-A

Three-B

Three-C

 

On service desk I have the following organisations:

One

Two

Three

 

When Organisation "One" tries to report a bug from the portal. Then a drop down list should have only the following values; "One-A", "One-B".

Same will applies if organisation "Two" raise an issue and the drop down values will be; "Two-A"
