Description
Problem Definition
After a service desk issue is resolved, the customer will get an email asking them to complete a satisfaction survey (if enabled). However when the customer clicks this link it takes them to a browser page. After leaving their feedback, the browser remains open.
Suggested Solution
After feedback is received, automatically close the browser tab.
Why this is important
We believe it would provide a better user interaction experience for the customer leaving feedback.
