Remove a customer using the JIRA REST API

Problem Definition

1. There is an experimental rest point to add customers using REST API here:
   • https://docs.atlassian.com/jira-servicedesk/REST/3.13.0/#servicedeskapi/servicedesk/ {serviceDeskId}
     /customer

1. However there is no feature to remove/delete customers.

Introduce the rest end point to delete customers using JIRA Service Desk REST API
