No Response when Creating a new Service Desk Project without Browse Project Permission

      Problem

If an Administrator does not have the Browse Project permission, nothing happens during the creation of a new Service Desk project.

      • No indication of project creation, no page reload, no messaging. The page simply sits there
      Steps to Reproduce
      • Log in as a System Adminsitrator
      • Remove Browse Project permissions
      • Attempt to create a new Service Desk Project
      • Notice that nothing happens. There is no indication of any response in the web browser, the page just sits there.
        • Note the project is indeed created, but it is not Service Desk enabled.
      Expected Behaviour
      • There should be some sort of response to indicate that the Service Desk project has been created, but the user does not have permission to access it.
