Hi Atlassian, currently I understand there is no way to edit the 'Requests' menu in the header (top-right) in Jira Service Desk's Service Portal? I have a problem with it, as it's not showing requests where I am on the watchers list. And in general it is not configurable, which actually makes the configuration of the portal very limited. When can we expect more options available for customers to configure in terms of the service portal?
