Issue Summary
- PDF files with spaces in the name fail to be downloaded from Customer Portal
Environment
- Android OS
- Using Chrome as web browser
Steps to Reproduce
- Attach a PDF file to any issue on a service desk project.
- Open that issue from the customer portal, using Chrome
Expected Behavior
- The file can be downloaded without any issues.
Actual Behavior
- There is an error displayed:
Workaround
- Use file names without spaces.
- Use a different web browser.
- If using Chrome, you can download the file, and open it in a separate step, rather than trying to click/press the link directly from the customer portal.
Notes:
- Tested in Chrome 67.0.3396.68
