      • PDF files with spaces in the name fail to be downloaded from Customer Portal

      • Using Chrome as web browser
      Steps to Reproduce
      1. Attach a PDF file to any issue on a service desk project.
      2. Open that issue from the customer portal, using Chrome
      Expected Behavior
      • The file can be downloaded without any issues.
      Actual Behavior
      • There is an error displayed:
      Workaround
      • Use file names without spaces.
      • Use a different web browser.
      • If using Chrome, you can download the file, and open it in a separate step, rather than trying to click/press the link directly from the customer portal.
      Notes:
      • Tested in Chrome 67.0.3396.68
