Current Behavior:
Customer Portal KB search does not return results when a URL is entered for the search term and the same URL appears on the Confluence page.
- The exact behavior is inconsistent and relates to Confluence search.
Suggested Behavior:
Ability to enter a URL in customer portal search and results show KB articles containing that URL.
Example Use Case:
As an admin I would like to set up KB articles that contain URLs for pages that customers frequently ask about. Our "summary" field on request type form is where customer will enter a URL. We would like a search result to appear so that the customer can go to that KB article instead of creating a request.
