      Actually, while on JSD Customer Portal, links open in the same window, therefore, removing any entered content into the form which results in frustrated users.

      Expected behavior:

      • JSD Portal Project home view: Links open in a new tab/window
      • JSD Portal specific Request Type view: Links within instructional text open in a new tab

      I believe this is also an accessibility issue, but in general this is terrible and tremendously frustrating. Also, I have no idea which Jira I'm supposed to complain to, y'all have way too many names that kinda mean the same thing. I looked up "About Jira" on the Jira app I'm using, and it just says "Jira Service Desk Application", nothing about whether it's cloud or server (which as far as I'm concerned sound like the same thing?)
