Summary
Currently when we clone a closed request which already has customer satisfaction filled out, the details of the customer satisfaction are cloned as well.
Environment
- Service Desk version 3.12.0
- Service Desk Version 3.9.1
Steps to Reproduce
- Make sure customer satisfaction is enabled for service desk project.
- Create a request via a customer portal, resolve and close this request.
- Respond to the customer satisfaction survey.
- Clone the closed request.
Expected Results
The customer satisfaction details should be automatically cleared (not cloned) when the closed request is being cloned.
Actual Results
The customer satisfaction details are cloned as well.
Notes
Once the cloned issue is closed, a new customer satisfaction survey will still be sent to the customer.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior.
