      Problem

      Special characters like double-quote (") and ampersand (&) are escaped in the Customer Portal's raise a request page.

      Steps to reproduce the issue

      1. Link a KB space to a Service Desk project.
      2. Create a KB article with the content below.
        " " " " & & & & && test

      3. Go to the Portal and select the project and any request type.
      4. On the Summary field, type test.

      Expected result

      There will be at least a KB with content below shown as a suggestion.

      " " " " & & & & && test

      Actual result

      The KB is suggested as expected but the characters are escaped.

      Notes

      It's only affecting the view where customer's raise requests. It looks fine in the Help Center as a search result.

            Hi,

            the same bug shows up in the macro "Live Search" in Confluence. After you've entered some word in the search field, you will get the bug in the preview.

            Shall I create a separate request because it is a different product?

            Best,

            Marcel
