Hide Customers, Reports, Add-Ons menu items in Jira Service Desk menu

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      It would be really useful to be able to hide certain items from the Service Desk menu, in order to both simplify it to remove stuff we don't need, and to hide stuff we don't want technicians accessing.
