      Problem

Error occurs when using the basic search mode to select an SLA metric to filter the issues to show in a queue.

      Steps to reproduce the issue

      1. Edit any existing Service Desk queue.
      2. Use Basic mode for the filter of Issues to show.
      3. Click on More and select any SLA metric.

      Expected result

The SLA metric is added to the filter with a message to suggest users to use the Advanced mode.

      Actual result

      • As soon as the SLA metric is added to the filter, an error with the message The JIRA server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down. pops up on the top right of the screen.
      • While checking on the Network tab, the error below can be seen.
        • Users are expected to dismiss the error and then click on Cancel to exit the edit mode. If the error is not dismissed or the page isn't refreshed, switching to the Advanced mode won't work either.

      Workaround steps

      1. Dismiss the error.
      2. Click on Cancel to exit the edit mode.
      3. Edit the queue again but use the Advanced mode to construct the JQL that involves an SLA metric.
