Change default knowledge base report "Article usage"

      Problem:

      If a service desk team member enters the customer portal and is searching for a knowledge base article, the default report "Article usage" shows one more view. 

      How it should work:

      Only if a customer/non license user views an article, the view should count up in the "Article usage" report.
