    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Does JIRA have some built-in option to get customer's portal dynamically updated -  when comments are added, for example, ог, status visible for customer is changed.

      That would be a nice feature for my customers.

      P.S. Don't want to mess with JAVA and so on for that reason.
