Allow service desk customers to watch a page in a connected knowledge base

      As a Service Desk customer I would like the ability to watch a page in a connected knowledge base.

      Currently Confluence can be opened to allow only customers to see articles, but this does not come with the ability to watch a page.

      This is mainly needed since customers can open connected knowledgebase directly (not through Service Desk)
