    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      When using the Canned Responses in Service Desk, you get a list of the Recently used and Popular responses in the project. The suggestion is to be able to configure how many will be shown of each or to completely disable any (or both) of them.
