JQL to search by declined approvals

      Problem definition

      Right now you can search your approved approvals using Approval = approved() but there is no easy way to search for the declined ones. It does not allow for any other operator other than = or declined()

      Suggestion

      To allow to search for declined approvals with JQL

      Why is it important

      For reporting purposes
