Documentation missing for the "Language Support" functionality of Service Desk for Server (although available for Cloud)

      Problem Definition

      There is no documentation explaining how to use and where to find the "Language support" functionality for Service Desk and for Server only.

      There is currently some documentation for Cloud, but:

      • the location of the "Language support" is different on Server
      • the behavior of the "Language support" functionality is different on both platforms (for example, on server, it is only possible to add language support for customer notifications)

      Hence the documentation for Cloud doesn't apply and might confuse the Service Desk users.

      Suggested Solution

      Add a page for the "Language Support" functionality for Server.
