Problem definition

The automated comment added for the change of status for a linked issue on the same JIRA site instance is not translated to Deutsch.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Set the system language to Deutsch.
2. Set the user language to Deutsch.
3. Create the automation rule - Update when a linked issue changes if not already.
4. Create a linked ticket to an existing ticket.
5. Resolve the linked ticket.
6. Check the existing ticket for the internal comment added for the change of status for a linked issue.

Expected result

The comment will be shown in Deutsch.

Actual result

The comment is shown in English.
