      Summary

      Currently customers are able to edit their own profile and change their full name

      Suggestion

      Add the option for admins to disable this feature for the customers.

      Agents often remember customers based on their names. If a customer changes their name, Agents will not be able to search for them any longer which may cause confusion/problems.
