Problem Definition
The article Managing service desk notifications after update to confluence.atlassian.com css layout has a text overlap errors:
NOTE There are many other pages throughout https://confluence.atlassian.com that no longer fit the page layout and the workaround below allows the css page layout to stretch and fill the full page while articles are being corrected
Suggested Solution
Adjust page layout to fit text to page width rather than a small column of text in the center of the screen

inject this CSS script modification for confluence.atlassian.com pages:
main .main-content-wrapper {
max-width: 2000px;
padding-right: 0px;
}
There will no longer be padding on all confluence pages and header spacing overlaps will be fixed exe compared to screenshot above:
