Allow ICONs and font color for queues

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Allow icons (standard and custom) to be displayed next to the queue name in the list and detail view.   Similar to request type icons.

      Allow differnt font colors for queue names.

            We have a lot of queue for our projets and it's very not visible. It would be great to add some colors or to make groups.
