      Atlassian Update – 30 September 2022

      Hi everyone,

Thank you for your engagement with this suggestion.

I’m happy to announce that we have shipped this feature as part of Jira Service Management Data Center 5.3 release. With the login-free portal enabled, help seekers can now discover available portals, read help articles, and raise requests—without logging in or creating an account. Learn more about the login-free portal.

Please upgrade to the latest version of Jira Service Management to access this feature.

      Kind regards,

      Divyanshi

Jira Service Management, Data Center & Server

Jira Service Management cloud now has a public login portal. Something which is essential if you're using Jira Srervice Management for an customer facing portal. Some bigger institutions still prefer to use Jira Service Management Data Center and moving them to cloud is a project on it's own. That's why some of us are still stuck to Jira Service Management Data Center .. Please make it available on Data Center as well.

This is quite critical, would really appreciate this update.

While that plugin is great, asking users to buy a paid plugin for something that comes as standard on Cloud seems very odd. Specially when JSD licences are already so expensive.

            Hi Team,

This feature is already available in the cloud - why not on server & data center for inhouse customers were you mostly need a login free portal?

            Cheers & thx,

            Andreas

we are another higher education institute server installation;  we deal with prospective students, parents, others that may not be in our IDM system yet.  Also deal with quick answer type questions or "click" count questions/issues (we don't need to know who just what and how many).

A must have in order to continue with our JSD implementation plans.

I would also like to see the Server to have this option

Atlassian team, do you realize how frustrating it is that you don't keep your server and cloud platforms in sync on the features your provide?  Even more frustrating is the lack of communication that you give to those who are trying to be an advocate for your company.
