Ability to customize different theme per portal

      Problem Definition

      Today, the customizable theme is only possible for Help Center as a global setting. It's not possible to customize and use different themes for different portals.

      Suggestion

      It'd be great if it's possible to customize themes for both portal and Help Center level.
