Some words are not translated in customer view

      Problem Definition

      Some words are not translated in customer view even though the same words are translated in the corresponding agent view. Please see the following screenshots.

      • agent view
      • customer view

      Suggested Solution

      It would be better if such words are translated in the customer view as well if we use other languages than English.
