      Problem Definition

      Currently if a series of public operation is performed on a JSD ticket (in less than 1 minute) all the notifications of these operations will be aggregated in one notification mail. In some cases customer needs to have one notification mail per operation.

      Suggested Solution

      Add an option to stop JIRA from aggregating the notifications.
