Issue Summary
When a customer's issue is closed, in a scenario where all communications require the customer to use the customer portal for communication because there is no emails allowed to be sent out in the JIRA instance, it would be great if the customers could vote on their CSAT directly from the customer portal instead of only being able to confirm after receiving the email as described here.
Existing Behavior
An Email is sent to the customer once the ticket has been closed with the survey present there and following the voting from the email, the customer is redirected to the customer portal where they are prompted with the CSAT and a text area which they can use to leave a feedback.
