Allow user to configure to display only released/unreleased versions in the affected version field on customer portal

      Problem Definition

      Currently in JSD, if affected version field is added to the request type, all the versions defined in project settings will be displayed to the SD customer. It's not possible to limit the versions to "released" or "unreleased" versions.

      Suggested Solution

      Add an option when configuring the field in request type to allow user to define which versions should be displayed to the customer.
