As per the following KB: when trying to create an KB article from JIRA SD in a space in which you do not have "Add Pages" permissions will display the following error: We're having trouble communicating with the application. Wait a minute, then try again

I suggest that the error be changed to something more relevant to the fact that user does not have rights to create that article. Otherwise, this error can be confusing and can lead to the assumption that there is a problem with the application link between JIRA and Confluence or even a networking error.
