I can not find any document to suggest the database requirement and version

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Please provide documentation for supported databases and versions and driver connector.

      we are looking into EDB (enterprose database Posetgres) to use. However; I do not see any document for supported databases for JIRA Service Desk.

            Hi nasrin.bahramian the new Jira Service Desk Install guide was released today with 3.16 at https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedesk/jira-service-desk-3-16-x-release-notes-957507088.html. Hopefully the information on this page will better support our customers trying to install Jira Service Desk. Feel free to give feedback on this page
