The Add customers button is not translated to Russian, French and etc.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Change the system language to any other languages except English.
2. Go to any Service Desk projects.
3. View the Customers page.

Expected result

All buttons will be displayed in the foreign language.

Actual result

All buttons will be displayed in the foreign language, except the Add customers button.
