Image size is not correct on Customer View

Steps to Replicate

1. Create a Service Desk request.
2. Add an image using the wiki markup. E.g.:

   !http://link-to-my-image/image.jpeg!
   

Expected Behavior

• The image would be displayed in its full size
• Stipulating it's width would cause the image to resize accordingly
• Or the image would be automatically displayed as a thumbnail with a lightbox to show the full image

Actual Behavior

The image is added as a thumbnail, but it's impossible to view it's full size through the Service Desk request.

Workaround

Right-click the image and choose to view the image in a new tab.
