      Problem Definition

      Currently in JIRA Service Desk report, customer can change the report period for Satisfaction report (see screenshot below) :

      But not for SLA goals report (see screenshot below) :

      Suggested Solution

      All an option for SLA goals report which allows user to change report period as for Satisfaction report.
