Problem Definition
As per current, notification can't be control by time based on working hour or non working hour. It will be great if the notification will be different during non working hour.
Suggested Solution
Give option for admin to configure different notification template based on time.
Why this is important
More friendly reminder to the customer that create during non working hour.
