      Problem Definition

      Currently, the Customer portal homepage only shows Popular and Recent projects. This may confuse some users on where to find some other projects that are not shown at Popular and Recent projects.

      Customer portal homepage URL is <Base URL>/servicedesk/customer/portals.

      Suggested Solution

      Instead of having Popular and Recent projects, Customer portal homepage should display all the Projects that the customer has the apporpriate permissions.

            Definitely needed. Customers get lost and cannot find the requests they want. All service desks should be shown by default.

            May i know when will this feature be available? We really need this feature so that our customer will not open incorrect ticket on projects.
