Add "Organization" field on "Statistic Type" option for Issue Statistic gadget

      Problem Definition

      Currently, Organization and Domain of Reporter are not on the list for Statistic Type option.

      Suggested Solution

      Insert Organization and Domain of Reporter fields in the list.

      Why this is important

      Customer can monitor Issue Statistic based on Organization/Company

            A simple "order by organizations" doesn't seem to be important. What a shame.
            This is an open topic since 2017!

            I guess that Atlassian will be surprised how many customers will walk away. Maybe there also is no function "summary(customer.frustration)", which would altert them...

            Why is it not a default parameter?

            A bit surprised that this isn't a present feature. Why wouldn't one want to report on org wise stats? Please expedite!

            This is something that we personally need in our business and I find it very odd that it's not a default selection that can be made.

            Is there an ETA on when this will be added?

            This is a basic feature in any Service Desk platform and extremely important KPI to track. It's definitely a deal breaker if not available in JSD.

            One of our clients is facing the same issue. We would have to build a workaround which is not really sustainable.

            We've only been using organizations for a about 6 months although we've been using Jira much longer...the more we utilize the organizations the more I find it would be extremely helpful use this field as a statistics type for dashboard gadgets like issue statistics, pie charts, etc...please add this functionality!

            This is an absolute requirement for us, can't understand why this wouldn't be already included? Is there any update on this?

            Really, I cannot include organization in a filter, has anyone in Atlassian ever actually used JSD to manage customer support tickets? 

            Really puzzled why this is not already available, this is basic functionality. I have come across this missing core functionality time and time again now. We are reduced to voting for core functionality, and likely never getting it.

            It's quite disappointing this isn't included by default.
