Introduction text field can't be left empty.

As an option field, I expect to be able to leave this field empty, since I don't want to show an introduction text.
Currently, when the SDS administrator tries to leave this field without text, the following exception is being thrown on the UI: sd.admin.details.description.error.empty, and the page refreshes without saving.

Expected Behaviour:

The Administrator should be able to leave this field empty
